Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are prefabricated insulated structural panels used in construction for floors, walls, ceilings, and roofs. They replace conventional stud or "stick frame" construction.

SIPs consist of two outer skins of oriented strand board (OSB) and an inner core of an insulating material (expanded polystyrene) to form a monolithic unit. They are pressure laminated together to provide a building panel that needs no additional frame or skeleton for support.

The panels are custom made to your design. Each panel has the door and window openings cut out at the factory and include the necessary connection to join it to the adjacent panel. The insulation has pre-drilled holes to run wiring through both horizontally and vertically.
